The meeting point procedure if you are not using our driver is once you arrive outside the International Departure Terminal drop off zone, please make sure you proceed up the 2nd entry ramp only (there are two ramps!). Our staff will be waiting at the bottom of the 2nd ramp at the ramp entrance holding your name sign.
Once you arrive at the airport please greet our staff and hand over your passport and airline tickets. The staff will then escort you to the Business Class check-in counter for check in, after which they will then escort you to immigration and customs lines where you will proceed in the line yourself. Your assistant will be waiting for you on the other side of Immigration to escort you to the Vip lounge. This is where the VIP service ends.
As a back up we request that you have your driver call our staff on approach to the airport to ensure a smooth meeting. We highly recommend using our private airport transfers to avoid any problems.
