Our Personal Assistant will meet you at the designated area near the plane (if using an Aviobridge) or in the arrival hall after disembarking from the bus (if the aircraft is parked on the tarmac). We will assist with Visa on Arrival formalities (if required), expedite the immigration process through the auto-gate for EVOA holders, provide porter services, and guide you through customs. You will then be escorted to your driver for seamless onward transportation.

What is the Bali Airport Meet & Assist Service?
Our Meet & Assist Service provides personalized help upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali. From the moment you exit immigration, our team will assist you with baggage, locating your driver or tour guide, and navigating the airport. Optional add-ons include a prepaid EVISA, SIM card, hotel transfer, and more.

How does the arrival process work?
After you clear immigration and customs, our staff will be waiting to greet you with a name sign. From there, you’ll receive assistance with your luggage, SIM card setup (if selected), and connection to your hotel transfer or tour guide.
Can you help with visas?
Yes. We offer prepaid EVISA processing for Rp 650,000 per person. It’s highly recommended to speed up your arrival. We also provide visa extensions for an additional 30 days (Rp 1,800,000). Just choose the appropriate option during booking.

How do I book the Meet & Assist service?
Select your flight date, number of travelers, and any optional services. Payment can be made online using Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, WISE, or Bank Transfer. After booking, you’ll receive confirmation with complete instructions.
Who is eligible to use this service?
The service is open to all travelers, including families, solo travelers, business guests, and groups. It’s especially helpful for first-time visitors or those unfamiliar with Bali’s airport.
Do you offer VIP lounge access or fast-track immigration?
This service does not include VIP lounge access or fast-track immigration by default. For those benefits, please select Package 1 or 3 during booking.
What if my flight is delayed or canceled?
Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible. We monitor flight status and will adjust your service time. For cancellations, refer to our policy during checkout or contact support.
Is the police escort available to everyone?
The VIP police escort is a premium add-on and must be requested in advance. Availability depends on clearance from airport authorities and traffic conditions.
